Price Match Policy
We stock well over 2000 products within our online store and we think that we are competitive on each item stocked. If you think we are wrong, then please contact us. Our price match maintains that we will beat or match any price or quotation made by selected online competitors. We will always do our absolute best to match a price, but our price matching is subject to the following terms and conditions:-
- Price promise – available to any shopper within the UK.
- Includes all products stocked by uoogear.com except the Vango Airbeam / Outwell Air Products / Footprints and Carpets
- The product being price-matched must be identical in specification and year of manufacture.
- Prices must include VAT and delivery.
- The product must be in stock on the competitor's website and available for immediate delivery.
- This offer excludes matching prices on Auction sites such as eBay, Costco, private sales and liquidation sales.
- We will not match a price that falls below our trade price plus VAT & Postage
- The Price Match excludes Vango Airbeam & Outwell Air Tents
The Price Match excludes tent carpets and tent footprints – the reason for this is that we buy these accessories to match our tent numbers.
The Price Match cannot be used with any promotional offers or with credit notes
The Price Match does not apply if you have already purchased your product from Uoogear
